第51章 妹妹生病了

鱼摊摊主带着纪时景和宁微绾来到了自家仓库门口,摊主打开仓库的门,三人一块进去。

只见仓库里面全都是泡沫箱子,想来里面就都是海货了。

鱼摊摊主指着自家的仓库,跟纪时景和宁微绾介绍说道:“This is all the seafood in our family, and more than half of them are sashimi.”

(这里是我们家所有的海货里,里面一大半都是刺身海鱼。)

纪时景看着一仓库的泡沫箱子说道:“It's all packed, and we can't see it. What kinds are there in this box?”

(都包装好了,我们也看不到啊,这箱子里面都是些什么品种啊?)

鱼摊摊主听到纪时景的询问,热情的一边用手指一边给两人介绍说道:“This piece is bluefin tuna, which tastes sweet in the mouth, and that pile is Atlantic salmon, which is rich in oil and tender in meat. (这一片都是蓝鳍金枪鱼,入口即化口味甘甜,那一堆是大西洋鲑,富含油脂肉质细嫩,这边是青花鱼口感肥妹、鲣鱼味鲜爽口,有淡淡的酸甜味,竹荚鱼饱含油脂口味微甜,还有沙丁鱼口感醇厚,鲷鱼有嚼劲,海胆味甜,北极贝,牡丹虾......)

鱼摊摊主跟海货打了半辈子的交道,什么品种的鱼什么样的口感,甚至怎么吃,他都娓娓道来,如数家珍。

纪时景和宁微绾也很满意,当即决定就把鱼摊摊主介绍的那些刺身海鱼都买下来了。

鱼摊摊主笑的合不拢嘴,他对纪时景和宁微绾说:“I have been dealing with these marine fish all my life, and I know these fish very well. 没想到还有意外之喜,纪时景和宁微绾当然也就没有推脱。

纪时景出去把小卡开到仓库这里,鱼摊摊主找了几个人来帮着装货。

鱼摊摊主先回了趟家,拿来一本笔记本递给宁微绾,宁微绾翻开一看,里面标注的正是刺身海鱼的切鱼手法和不同海鱼部位的食用方法。

宁微绾跟鱼摊摊主道了谢,就拿出手机来拍照保存。
