劳瑞森点头回应。

劳瑞森：“Besides, there's another thing I didn't tell you. Peter came to me on the night of the elevator accident.”

（另外还有一件事我没有告诉过你，皮特曾经找过我，就在电梯出事的那天晚上。）

原来当时敲响劳瑞森房间门的人就是皮特。

卫白青倒是没有被爱情冲昏了头脑，而是理智地询问：“You know him?”

（你认识他？）

劳瑞森：“He is very famous here. I'm afraid he is the real popular guy.”

（他在这里的圈子很出名，恐怕没有人不认识他。）

卫白青：“Whye to you？”

（他找你gān什么？）

劳瑞森：“He let me approach you and find your handle so that he can take advantage of it.”

（他让我接近你然后找到你的把柄，这样他就可以趁虚而入。）

卫白青冷淡道：“I'm not surprised. It’s just like his style of doing things.”

（像是他的做事风格，我并不感到奇怪。）

劳瑞森：“But you have to be careful. He is not easy.”

（你还是要小心，他是个危险的人物。）

卫白青：“I know.”

（我知道。）

卫白青又故意问：“You haven't said whether you accepted his offer. ”

（你还没说你有没有接受皮特的提议。）

劳瑞森也是难得露出有些调皮的表情，挑着眉故意说道：“Accepted part.”

（应该是接受了一部分。）

卫白青追问：“Which part？”

（哪一部分？）

劳瑞森笑：“The part that close to you.”

（接近你的部分。）

卫白青忍不住笑了一下，然后又收敛起笑容，不过嘴角还是忍不住流露出一丝少女般地羞涩。

劳瑞森又解释道：“But not because he asked, that’s what I’m willing to do. I’d love to do, deep in heart.”
